For our own requirements

We produce suitable, robust and attractively shaped mobile toilet cabins. They are manufactured in Gerstungen (near Eisenach) using the rotation method. Polyethylene granulate is put in a mould and melted at more than 300 degrees centigrade. Fast rotation makes the polyethylene deposit on the inner walls and can then be removed when cooled down as an element for a new toilet.

Different cabin types for the DIXI and TOI TOI brands are produced from individual parts and continuously optimised with regard to equipment, hygiene, transport and safety.
